As its 8th project supported by the Youth in Action programme of the European Commision, the Youth Dialogue Programme organised "To Empower through Experience", training focused on facilitating experiential learning in youth work. The training took place from 11th to 21st January in Sremski Karlovci.

The project included organisations from 11 European countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Macedonia, Montenegro,Romania, Serbia, Spain and the UK, with a total number of 26 participants as direct beneficiaries in the project. The aim of this project was to increase the quality of youth work by equipping youth workers (coordinators, facilitators, mentors) with competencies in facilitating experiential learning.

As the follow-up to "ToTrain is ToTransform the Future!", training for trainers in intercultural learning (link na taj trening),the Youth Dialogue Programme organised another international training "Beyond Clashes", focused specifically on dealing with intercultural clashes in international youth work.

"Beyond Clashes" was support by the Youth in Action programme of the European Commission, and it took place from 5th to 14th of April 2013 in Sremski Karlovci, Serbia. Main aim of the project was to contribute to a more cohesive society by empowering 26 youth workers and trainers with competencies for managing intercultural processes and conflicts in their work in multicultural settings.

With the aim of developing new tools for addressing important social issues through working with young people, the Youth Dialogue Programme implemented its perhaps most creative training to date: “EduGaming”, training for designing educational games.

"EduGaming" training course was developed based on the premise that educational games (used in youth work, communities, workshops, trainings, etc.), which are approaching urgent issues related to social exclusion, poverty and global challenges are making a very big contribution to inclusion of young people, raising awareness and engaging diverse target groups.

The Youth Dialogue Programme, in cooperation with partner organisations from 11 European countries, implemented international training course „You are a Human Being! Be Aware of Your Rights!“, for multipliers of human rights education.

"You are a Human Being! Be Aware of Your Rights!" was financed by the Youth in Action programme of the European Commission, as well as supported by Council of Europe DYS (by providing learning materials and training manuals). The main goal of the project was to develop multiplying competencies of youth workers to prepare, deliver and evaluate Human Rights Education activities for youth, in response to different HR related issues that they are experiencing in their own communities.

With the aim of animating the streets of Novi Sad and raising awareness of some of the burning issues in the city, the Youth Dialogue Programme implemented its 4th Youth in Action training course: "Animate Your Soul".

"Animate Your Soul" was created in a response to a need of different youth organization across Europe based on the lack of educational opportunities for youth workers that can enable them to bring the global dimension to the youth work using alternative methods (that could attract youth from different backgrounds).

From April 21st to 30th, 2012, the Youth Dialogue Programme implemented its first Training for Trainers in Intercultural learning: "ToTrain is ToTransform the Future"!

Supported by the Youth in Action programme of the European Commission, the aim of this project was to increase the capacity of youth workers to promote intercultural education as trainers and facilitators. It was addressed to 25 young people from all over Europe: Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Croatia, Romania, Portugal, Italy, Iceland, Turkey and the UK.

The Youth Dialogue Programme, together with its partners from 11 European countries, implemented international training course: "You are Part of this World, be a Part of its Future".

"You are Part of this World, be a Part of its Future" was supported by the Youth in Action programme of the European Commission and it was 100% dedicated to Global Education! The aim of the project was to increase the level of awareness in the area of sustainable development among young Europeans, by training youth workers to become global education multipliers.
